Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a science degree to break into pharma sales?

No - but you need to be able to speak credibly about clinical data. A bachelor's degree in almost any field qualifies you for most roles. What matters more that your major is your sales track record, your ability to build relationships, and your coachability. This course teaches you how to position whatever background you have into the language pharma hiring managers respond to.

How long does it take to complete the course?

The video content is self-paced. Most students complete the core modules in a weekend and spend the following weeks implementing -- rewriting their resume, doing outreach, and practicing interviews. The 90-day action plan in Module 6 gives you a clear runway from enrollment to offer.

Is this course focused on any specific pharma segment?

The foundations apply to any segment, but the course has a particular depth in specialty sales -- especially oncology and hematology. If you're targeting academic medical centers, KOL accounts, or hospital systems, this is built for you. Primary care is covered in Module 1 as a comparison point, but the advanced material skews specialty. You can also apply the principals learned  to any territory - community or academic. The same applies if you are targeting a different, specific specialty.

What if I have no sales experience at all?

Many students come from clinical, education, or non-sales backgrounds. The course includes a full module on translating non-sales experience into pharma-relevant language. If you've ever persuaded someone, managed relationships, or hit a measurable goal -- you have raw material to work with. We teach you how to frame it.
